Each coach led class focuses on functional movements, performed at high intensity and done in a FUN and encouraging group setting.

*Each day we target different muscles groups, use different pieces of equipment, and work in different time domains.

 

*Each class is approximately 1 hour long and  includes a warm-up, skill session, strength session, and our daily wod.
